Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the General Mills Online Store (hereafter, “Store”), we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the “Store” is an offer to purchase our products or services. The Compleat Company may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Compleat until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.
Quantity Limitations
Compleat may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Compleat may reject any order, or any part of an order. Compleat may limit or prohibit sales to resellers or dealers via the “Store”.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the “Store”, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Compleat will not be responsible for any damage users incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Product Display/Colors
Compleat attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Compleat cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.
Pricing and Product Information
Compleat makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to the "Store's" products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Compleat’s products are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Compleat’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product that affects your outstanding order with Compleat, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Compleat will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
International Orders
Compleat does fulfill orders outside the United States, however, additional costs may be incurred for duty and freight charges which will be due upon receipt. Compleat will provide an estimate of these costs before shipment of all international orders. NOTE: Products are safety tested for compliance to United States regulations only. Merchandise may not comply with safety regulations outside of the United States. If you intend on using these products for consumer promotions, it is recommended you test to the appropriate regulations for country of distribution.
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for orders using one of the following major credit cards, issued in the United States of America: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped within two (2) working days. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time, Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be shipped within three (3) working days. In most cases, credit cards will not be charged if Compleat cannot process an order. In the rare instance a card has been charged, Compleat will process a full refund within 10 working days of the date the order was charged.
In the event a shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, Compleat will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Compleat will issue a refund.
Shipping and Handling
**Shipping charges will be added to the cost of your orders**. Orders received by 12:00 pm PST will be shipped within 2 working days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes. Note: All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped Next business day and will arrive in 2 business days.
**Next business day orders to some remote continental U.S. locations will not arrive the next day.**
Packages sent "Standard (3-6 Business Days)" should arrive within 3-6 working days, depending on destination. Shipping rates are based on total weight of your order.
Note: "Business day" means Monday through Friday except for national holidays There may be instances for which additional shipping charges may apply. Compleat will advise you BEFORE shipping and charging for such orders.
Sales Tax
Compleat collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number evidencing your status at the time of purchase. Compleat will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and Compleat is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse Compleat for the amount of such tax, and Compleat’s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.
Warranties
The only warranties Compleat provides with respect to any product or service purchased through the “Store” are those warranties, if any, set forth in the written Compleat documentation accompanying such product or service.
Return and Exchanges
End users may return any product purchased through the “Store” within ten (10) days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials. For further details, please read our Return Policy below. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions, or to obtain a replacement part.
Returns Policy
All products purchased from the “Store” are sold with a 10-day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase of a “Store” product, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, within 10 days from receipt.
To make a return:
- Carefully pack the product in the original box. If you don't have the original box, use another box in good condition. Be sure to return all material and components from the original package (e.g. manuals and packaging).
- Complete the return form provided on the order invoice.
- Include the return form and all original package contents in the box.
- For faster processing, use the return label provided. Attach the label with clear tape or glue.

After we receive your returned product, a credit will be issued to the credit card account used to make the purchase. We reserve the right to make the determination of undamaged condition and may reduce your credit if the product is damaged or if all the original package contents aren't returned.
